MARC MIQUEL
UEFA PRO Football Coach Level. Catalan Football Federation.
- Marc Miquel is working with Tecnifutbol since 2014, currently he is coaching our International Academy players as a Head Coach (U12’s-U15’s) developing the Smartfootball methodology. He holds the UEFA PRO license and Sports Science/Physical Education Degree. He got the Smartfootball Level 2 and now is one of our Smartfootball coaches, he has done many courses around the world (Spain, USA, Ireland,..).Chief of Coach Education and Player Development (European Elite Soccer, Ireland/USA).
- Provide 6-monthly academy reports to the company Director.
- Line-manage the Junior and Senior Academy coaches, and the educational support which players receive.
- Support the individual coaches in providing high quality coaching for the players on the Academy Programme.
- With the support of the academy managers and full time staff, manage and oversee the maintenance of coaching reports on players, profiling records, video libraries and the monitoring of player performance diaries in our advanced player program.
- Manage national and International coach education and training programs to develop Academy players, and travel to International programs where required.
- Host Internal coach education sessions four times per year to ensure the quality and performance standards are maintained and evolving.
